Razina Visram, MBA, PMP, CMA, CEC
Razina is the Principal & Founder of Cocentric Solutions. She is a Senior Organizational Change Management Professional with more than 20 years of Management Consulting experience attained in senior leadership roles at EDS, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, IBM and, since 2003, as the Founder and Principal of Cocentric Solutions, a Calgary, Alberta based senior management consulting company. Her experiences as a Project/Program Manager for multi-million dollar initiatives enables her to understand the pressures of delivering results as a PM. She is a certified executive coach, who currently coaches and manages effective change at all levels, from executives to end users. Razina's change management expertise has successfully impacted stakeholders in small to large groups ranging from 10 to as many as 90,000 on a single project initiative. She also successfully leads corporate Change Management training, workshops and seminars globally and is regularly scheduled for speaking engagements.

Marina Hlapcic, MAEd, BScN
Marina is our Prosci® Certified Instructor and Consultant who has more than 20 years of management experience in Human Resources, Talent Management Strategies and Organizational Development serving public sector organizations. Marina earned a Bachelor of Science and Nursing Degree from the University of Calgary and holds a Master of Adult Education from Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, University of Toronto. Marina has extensive health care experience and understands the requirements that would be needed in this area.

Miroslav Novak, BSc (Psych)
Miroslav is our Prosci® Certified Instructor and Consultant who has a background in business analysis, requirements elicitation and management, systems analysis and modeling. He has experience with guiding change in software development and teams adopting new technical solutions, processes and practices including teams supporting manufacturing industries. Miroslav leverages Agile and Lean approaches such as Scrum and Kanban.  He has previously worked within EFA Software, TogetherSoft, Borland, and consulted for Blueprint Systems. Most recently, Miroslav supported an early stage start up, bbotx, providing business analysis and project management functions. Miroslav graduated from the University of Alberta with a BSc and attained a Diploma in Object-Oriented Software Technology from the University of Calgary.  Miroslav is passionate about process and innovation leading to change.
