COCENTRIC DEFINES “MAKING A DIFFERENCE“ WITH CHANGE

We’ve been THINKING :-)
Cocentric’s passion is around organizations and individuals managing change: helping them with change as a result we feel innately driven to make a difference to being a “Cause” for change to the community at large.

We have decided to share our passion for change by contributing a percentage of our change revenue (consulting, training and coaching) to the following charities.
We’ve been THINKING
We hope that our clients can see how they are also contributing to making a difference and we want to thank you!

CUPS

Cocentric first worked with CUPS by offering our Change Management workshop to their executive leadership in 2016 and then to their management team in 2017. Getting to know their leadership values and the difference they have made to poverty in Calgary through health, education and housing, Cocentric has been inspired to partner with them. Thank you, CUPS for showing us the light to all the wonderful work you do locally and we look forward to our continued partnership!
CUPS (Calgary Urban Project Society)
Since 1989, CUPS has been dedicated to helping individuals and families in Calgary overcome poverty and traumatic experiences and attain a brighter future. During this time, CUPS has changed and expanded from providing referral services and health care to providing integrated health care, education and housing services to 10,000 people a year.

WATERAID

Cocentric is excited to work with WaterAid Canada! We were introduced to WaterAid in 2015 through a fundraising event held by Coastal Resource Limited at Aloft Hotel. During the presentations, Cocentric became intrigued by WaterAid’s approach and involvement globally with water, sanitation and hygiene.
WaterAid
WaterAid is an international not-for-profit that works in 38 countries worldwide. They focus on clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene – the three essentials that unlock progress for people, communities and economies worldwide. Only by tackling these three essentials in ways that last can people break free from poverty, and change their lives for good. For more information, please visit WaterAid’s website.

You can follow WaterAid on Twitter and on Facebook. Watch this video to learn how close we are to achieving clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene for everyone everywhere.

Testimonials

"In 2011, we embarked on a company wide project that marked a significant change in our human resources management systems. Cocentric significantly contributed to our Change Management Strategy by working with us to ensure that our senior leadership organization wide received the appropriate training programs to develop and enhance their change management competencies. As a direct result, we very successfully integrated new processes and practices that signified a dramatic shift in our talent management program. I have been involved with many organizational development consultants and training providers in the past and I have been nothing but impressed by Cocentric’s level of expertise, candid input and professionalism. They are passionate and committed to inspiring well-managed cultural change. The Prosci training was extremely well received and impactful."

Mia N., Senior Director (Utilities), Edmonton, Alberta

"Thank you for offering and facilitating such a great course! It was a terrific job teaching us the Prosci framework and encouraging us to move forward each day. With the knowledge and tools gained from this course, I feel well equipped to effectively manage the changes our project is bringing to the organization. It was a great 3-day experience!"
