Project Managers
Skills and Experience
- 5 plus years of project management experience
- Experience with the full project life cycle
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Strong information analysis abilities
- Superior reporting skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management and team skills
- Vendor relationship management is an asset
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies considered an asset
- PMP certification is required
- Must be a permanent Canadian resident
Business Analysts
Skills and Experience
- Experience developing detailed requirements specifications, systems documentation, and workflow procedures
- Experience in developing and documenting business solutions to business problems
- Must be able to deliver work on time and with high quality
- Proven ability to solve complex problems through research, logical evaluation, and inquiries
- Ability to determine, understand, and communicate clearly the validity, criticality, and scope of the project
- Experience organizing and facilitating workshops to flush out user requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact positively with a diverse group
- Excellent interpersonal communication including facilitation and listening skills
- Excellent presentation skills – ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
- Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail
- Ability to perform effectively in a team, or alone unsupervised
- CBAP certification considered an asset
- Must be a permanent Canadian resident
Organizational Change Managers
Skills and Experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy to facilitate the client’s success.
- Able to lead enterprise level transformational change.
- Learn and follow the client’s methodology for managing change
- Work at a strategic level to determine the ideal approach to managing change
- Operate at a tactical level to achieve the desired behavioural change
- Effectively identify required partners both inside and outside of the organization to enable change
- Complete the change impact assessments defining the stakeholders and the potential impacts of the change to the stakeholders
- Support or lead the engagement strategies, develop the communication plans and the training plans
- Able to work comfortably and effectively with senior managers, executives and senior sponsors
- Prosci certification is required
- Must be a permanent Canadian resident
