Razina Visram, PMP, MBA, CMA, CEC
Razina is a senior change management professional with more than 20 years of management consulting experience in senior leadership roles at EDS (GM Operations), PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM. 

In 2003, Razina created her own Calgary based boutique management consulting company, Cocentric Solutions, which focuses on managing change through a collaborative approach. Her extensive experience comprises local and international clients across multiple industries, including Husky Energy, Nexen, Transalta, Proctor & Gamble, Domtar, Conoco Phillips, Schlumberger, Alberta Health Services and others. 

Razina coaches and manages change effectively at all levels, from executives to end users. Her change management expertise has successfully impacted stakeholders in groups ranging from 10 to as many as 90,000 people in a single project. 

Razina’s clients value her strengths and balanced approach to applied change management, combined with her best practice knowledge and methodologies. Since 2010, Cocentric Solutions credibility in change management training was enhanced with providing Prosci® training globally.

Marina has more than 20 years of management experience in Human Resources, Talent Management Strategies, Organizational and Leadership Development serving public sector organizations. 

Marina earned a Bachelor of Science and Nursing Degree from the University of Calgary and holds a Master of Adult Education from Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, University of Toronto. Marina has extensive health care experience and understands the requirements that would be needed in this area.

Miroslav Novak, BSc (Psych)

Miroslav Novak, BSc (Psych)
Miroslav has a background in business analysis, requirements elicitation and management, systems analysis and modeling. He has experience with guiding change in software development and teams adopting new technical solutions, processes and practices including teams supporting manufacturing industries. 

Miroslav leverages Agile and Lean approaches such as Scrum and Kanban. He has previously worked within EFA Software, TogetherSoft, Borland, and consulted for Blueprint Systems. Most recently, Miroslav supported an early stage start up, bbotx, providing business analysis and project management functions.

Miroslav graduated from the University of Alberta with a BSc and attained a Diploma in Object-Oriented Software Technology from the University of Calgary. Miroslav is passionate about process and innovation leading to change.
